Choose Life in conjunction with Whangarei Hot Rod Club will be holding a
Show and Shine on 31st July 2010 from 10am to 1pm at the Old Thomson Bagley Auctions site (Corner of Port Rd and Herekino St, on the way to the Warehouse). Come on and check out the fun and all the great looking cars.
On the 14 November 2009 the first Choose life family day was held and we were able to attract over 2000 Northlanders , 100 hot rods, 4x4’s and local community members.The event also doubled as a fundraising day for the project and we were able to raise just under $10,000 for the cause. It is our intention to makes this an annual event supported and run by The Whangarei Lions. Keep an eye on the website for updates and more infomation.
